For today we change the pretext
To Body Mind and I
Where I; like for iPhone
From Apple, stands alone
And who did Apple by giving them
A bitten fruit?
Surely it’s not Eve
That should’ve been two bites
Or more since Adam did a number too!
I digress…
But I that stands for myself
Yourself and other self’s out there
The, I inside you that tells you what do
Wrong or right it is always up to you
My Body, Mind and I
Need to live together for us to stay high
On top of everything that comes by

Loops and fiery hoops for us to pass through
And come out in the last end feeling fly
So good food for the Body,
More books for the Mind
And loads of exploration
That’s all the Soul asks for
Not bundled up inside I
I should live Healthy
For the Body, Mind and I
To stay fly.
